If you question my preflop 3-bet, consider that my opponent is literally in the top 99.99% of blind stealers.
Is my flop continuation bet bad? My thinking at the time was that I can bet it because it is a bad hand. If it were a little bit better hand with a few outs to the nuts, then I would be more inclined to check it (to make sure I can see the turn.) Since this hand has a draw to a draw to the nuts, I was thinking in terms of betting the flop and taking a free card on the turn if a diamond came. However, my opponent is LAG, so should I instead be thinking in terms of betting only when it's for value? He doesn't fold often. But then again, checking it through on the flop would give up my AA bluster equity and equate to conceding the pot, unless perhaps a 3 hits on the turn.
Is folding the turn out of the question given that I'm facing an overaggressive player and hold second nuts with a SPR < 1? What if I were facing a skilled reg?
