Villain is a 70+VPIP fish 10pfr, 5 3b. Fold flop to cbet 20%, fold turn 0% over 200 hands... He does change hands into bluffs otr... Thing is, he took an exeptionaly long time to call flop and turn, which could be interpreted as huge strenght

If he really do turn his hands into bluff, I could go for ch/call on river. Sometimes he has 2 there, but I guess you are ahead enough of time.

bet/fold $8.

A8 or A6 is unlikely to raise, as is a 2 with a weak kicker. Fish often fear pocket aces. If you check villain will in all likelihood bet full pot and you probably have to fold at this point. By betting yourself you avoid getting reverse freerolled where villain checks back all the hands you beat.
