villain is 35/20/15 over 100 hands... No special reads except that he raises flop cbet 33% of the time which is why i checkback...

I think that if you called the raise OTT you have to call OTR!!

If he had a straight he would surely jam the river. I think it's a clear call.

Absolutely, since we're likely to face another bet on the river and we don't have enough ways to improve to be able to make that call.
