Villain has 77$ left in his stack, he is running 46/24 over 103 hands.

Basically my idea is that he is probably gonna call even an overbet with a hand like 99 or TT. As I see it, his range is consisting mainly of Ax + middle pocket pairs. And its going to suck if I bet 30$ and he goes all in.

I like your line. But I think you can bet bigger on the flop; like $17.70, still get the same call flop range, and that set you up better for bet,x,betallin - more chance he calls a slight overbet.

Some recreational players can fold TT here getting scared of an overbet. The difficulty is deciding in what type he is, but if you are thinking he will call, then its more likely that he has shown tendencies in the past to call in these spots.

I don't like this logic: "And its going to suck if I bet 30$ and he goes all in.".
By 100 hands you should know if he is an aggro recreational type who raises in stupid spots, and if so you can call off. But most of the time you can happily fold ad save $30 vs his trappy Ax range.
