On the turn I think bet > x/r > x/call, since he is probably drawing dead or very slim, and he likely either has a Q or some hand that is going to give up easily. I'm going to get all in vs Qx whatever I do, I'm not afraid of draws hitting, so why not give him a chance to bluff?
On the river I try to represent K9, TT type of hand that is block-betting. Obv super easy call when he shoves.
