BTN: $50.75 (101.5 bb)
SB: $23.50 (47 bb)
BB: $63.18 (126.4 bb)
Hero (UTG+1): $83.98 (168 bb)
UTG+2: $84.89 (169.8 bb)
MP1: $60.84 (121.7 bb)
MP2: $105.01 (210 bb)
MP3: $163.53 (327.1 bb)
CO: $69.39 (138.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K K
Hero raises to $1.50, UTG+2 calls $1.50, 3 folds, CO calls $1.50, BTN calls $1.50, SB calls $1.25, BB raises to $10.25, Hero raises to $19, UTG+2 folds, CO calls $17.50, 2 folds, BB calls $8.75

Flop: ($61.50) A 2 9 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets $50.39 and is all-in, 2 folds

BB is looks decent, 17/13/3.5 over 1k hands.
3b vs EP 3%, squeeze 4.7%, 3b vs me 14% (so he thinks he can exploit something). I fold 60% to 3bets.

First of all, what to do against that sizing? I think shoving would be pretty bad, his range has a lot of Ax bluffs and other crap. We are also deeper than 100bb, so he's going to think twice before calling with worse.

Calling is also bad, because I have some guys behind who are also a little deep and may come along for the ride.

I think clicking back is best, he may spazz or something, and I'm not folding anyway against this guy with the perfect squeeze spot in his perception at least.

When CO cold calls, I was like WTF dude? Very few hands on him, but doesn't look like a complete retard. 30/18/4, agg 4 over 50 hands.

I think on the flop it's really difficult to do anything else.

Hi,

Make the 4bet larger multi way and deep. Something like 23-25 looks good.

We are never giving up on this flop with 2nd pair and nut flush draw. Against any Ax we have 40% equity. And Co could be betting worse. We can check call the flop or bet 1/3 pot and call it off.

Thanks

My thoughts about the small 4b are: "I know you may have some bluffs in your range, so I may decide to put you to the test with that sizing and then fold sometimes if I give you the nuts". I think if I make it 25 that's almost half EFF stacks and it looks like we're never ever folding, I think even shoving would be better. If I shove he may call QQ and AK, but if I just put half my stack in, he may fold those.

Regarding getting cold called, I think it's a retarded play regardless of any sizing, since the minimum is still 38BB. Unless they have AA.

I wouldn't totally discard AA from his range. And the other sets. If it's only me and him I'm calling. But he shoves into 2 people so it's just a matter of equity, and he probably has less bluffs. He can also have some flushes. Ofc most of his range is Ax, probably with one spade. I don't have equilab but I think it's closer than 40%. If I'm sure it's 40%, then it's a clear call.
I don't really like betting, because we are never folding of course and everybody knows that. Except if we bet something like 7 bucks. :)
