Preflop: Hero is SB with Q 8
CO posts BB OOP, 2 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO checks, BTN folds, Hero completes, BB checks

Flop: (4 SB) 7 Q 6 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets, CO folds, Hero raises, BB folds, MP2 calls

Turn: (4 BB) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 raises, Hero calls

River: (8 BB) 8 (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls

Think I played this ok but would like a second opinion please...

first of all as i have mentioned in one or two of your other threads is that you should really bet out your Top Pair in a limped pot.

as this hand was played the only thing I see wrong with it is that you bet/called turn and then continuing to donk the river. you should check call the river especially since the board is 6 7 8 9 Q board. if he has a T or 5 bam your Two pair is done. board is actually too dangerous for you to donk and risk being raised. paying him 2Bets.

I see very few T and no 5 in MP2's range. The donk is fine, because the MP2 will be afraid of the straight (though he shouldn't be, for the same reason you shouldn't be.)

/Johan = Total :f_biggrin:

If he's got a 5 he won't be raising again but just call off. Flop is a donkbet. The only T for him to have is T8 and sometimes overplayed T9. he could check back with some 2pairs he doesn't dare betting again with but on the other side he could have also limped with QJ KQ AQ and KK AA sometimes as a slowplay. Since Tx is the only hand he'd be raising and as we found out these combos should be rare and too many he's afraid betting with i like your donkbet too. :)
