IMO on turn middle pairs are the biggest part of his range and if so he was probably folding to second barrel.
What I would do different is size the 3bet to 190 and cbet less on this dry flop. Around 1/3 pot is more than enough. Double barrel to make him fold his floats/mid pairs and some Ax.
