Pre Flop: (t0) Hero is CO with 5 :diamond: 5
2 folds, Hero raises to t200, 1 fold, SB calls t200, BB raises to t770, 1 fold,

SB is known "bad reg" = "blind caller pre" filtered 171 hands 3.30/28/21
BB is known "reg" filtered 510 hands 27/26 3bet =12.20 tot 3bet vs hero=40%

It's an easy call vs BB. however, with SB and me 44bbs ef I def. cannot shove here pre so it's either flatting IP or folding.. whats your opinon?

For me it's an easy fold.shove is out of the question and a call will be only for set value and we don get the odds.

Yes, definitely a call vs the BB. Keep in mind his range could be a bit looser now with the dead money in the pot. He's prolly on any pair there. SB's range could be tricky, he could have anything from monsters(due to how short BB if he expects him to shove often) to ok, but not great hands. I think shoving is too loose for 43bbb, way too much to risk. Imo, you can either flat or re-raise to 1250/fold. If SB is tricky post, I prolly like the re-raise line more as we are gonna be betting a lot of flops as a bluff and we won't be able to stand aggression. If he's the type to fold a lot on cbets, you can just flat imo. If he has monsters, he decided to play this way, he's not folding to the re-raise anyway.
