yeh i love it.

i would go for bet bet shove often.
sizing on the flop at around 65-70% of the pot.

check raising/ check calling all your range that you want to continue with is reasonable strategy, but since we have a read that our opponents doesnt cbet often this types of boards 3way, i would opt in for wider balanced donkbeting strategy + some hands put into check call / check fold.

I would bet turn on any card and definitely barreling the river if he flats again. I think this is a situation where the fish range will be weak and wide and you can get him off a lot of hands by the river.

fwiw, it is ok to be slightly unbalanced here. You should never donk a set imo, too much fold-equity. but you can certainly donk top pairs because they will play awkwardly 3-way if you c/c.

Would you even continue on bad turns like paired ones and undercards to the 8x?

yes definitely because we still would have 2 overs + gutshot and he could also have a better high card draw that we could fold out

also a 28/16 fish is perfect to barrel off. if he was 55/40 I would be more hesitant (but probably still go for it).
