$20 FTP 6max, 99

I am never folding this my friend in my life regardless of stack setup. Remember that he is also risk averse vs you and he should in this stack setup call you down with like 10% range tops. If he calls you wider make a note and exploit him differently.
How is his 3 betting bvb? If he will 3 bet shove here ATC then its easy r/call rather than open shove.
Not too happy with limp shove vs his isolation cause we need to have very specific reads what he will isolate with and what he will continue with. Also , has he ever seen you limp vs him before and what did you show him on showdown?
Problem with limping here 99 is that you have to have a very well constructed range (merged) with not just monsters but also hands that flop well hands that perhaps are bluffs , and all this is constructed based on his tendencies (you shouldn't have preset limping range vs everybody). So I would limp here only if I construct right number of combos for value semi value (hands that flop well and can realize equity post flop) and bluff (total trash).
If your range is just value limping here then opponents will pick up on it adjust and isolate you with very strong/tight range. If you merge it, they will have tougher time adjusting especially if you know how to construct range really well and adjust based on their tendencies.

I will just shove preflop. M/r folding sucks and m/r calling is tricky when we are unaware of his range. M/r folding is a waste of chips. L/shoving is an option, but it requires reads. I think without reads of his range, I will rather shove or limp, but I think I prefer shoving pre. He can exploit us postflop. Folding is...omg nitty. But you's a nit, so that's no surprise

Nash says 5.4% and that is what worries me, I mean who the hell will fold AJo and stuff like that in this spot, I know I wouldn't. But I guess I'm a nit for life for folding this

With 22/19 I would expect him to know nash and with reasoning even call you tighter then it (fold to 2nd stack and abuse ss bvb etc).
