What is this bullshit? I haven't been able to watch pokerstrategy videos whole day. When I try to start the video I'm just getting this message: Error loading media: File not found. Do you guys have any idea what might be a problem?

Yeah, I've had the same problem occasionally. It comes and goes, havent figured what's causing it, sometimes the videos just doesnt work, next dayh (or hour..) everything is fine. Contacted the support couple of times but they dont know either what's wrong, deleting browsing history/refreshing/booting Firefox etc doesn't help.

Thanks Gary, but I havent encountered this problem for a while now (hopefully didnt just jinx it Back ♦). However when it happened last time, it wasn't any spesific video, seemed that none of them worked. Tried different videos from different member-classes, gold silver etc.
The weirdest thing was though, that when I logged out, the 4min or so preview videos worked normally, logged back in and file not found again. 
Yeah I've had exactly the same problem that SeagalSteven is describing. It's not a specific video, sometimes none of pokerstrategys videos won't work. Right now all of them are working.

If the page is left open for too long (i'd guess 30-60mins is enough) without having the video playing, I always get the "vid not found" -error.
I have had sometimes this same problem also and I remember we tried in FI community find out what cause this problem. Simply, sometimes videos worked fine and sometimes this error comes. I also tried back then with Chrome, Firefox and IE and the message was still appearing occasionally.
Are the Finns only one with this problem? ♦

If you mean everyone in this thread, yes. Dunno what ITT means.
I get the same error when I try to watch schnitzelfishs video on monthly planning. No problems with other videos, dont know if someone could see if they have the same problem with that video.
It works for me from start to finish using Google Chrome, do you use this browser?
Just checked again, and still cant watch it. 
No, I'm using safari, that might be the problem although it should affect the other videos as well.
I guess it`s no depending which browser you use. It so random when videos work and when they dont.
Having this problem again, quite annoying really....
Last night couldn't watch videos, so just skipped it and tried again today. I've restarted my computer, cleared browsing history, logged in and out from Strategy.. Really none of the videos that I try work, tried gold/silver/basic, PLO/sng/NLHE videos.

Wathing any diamond/platinum videos work, no problems at all. Just that I can see only 4 first minutes, but still they somehow work while anything that I actually should be able to see doesn't
