I would have hard time folding because villain probably assumes that you don't check strong hands on the flop and villain has pretty wide range preflop. Besides this hand is probably top of our range, no?

Preflop: Well he's opening as wide as a typical BU open, and he folds so little. Easy value 3-bet for sure.

River: No blockers, but this is close to the upper end of your River range. Easy call, no? While you have no flush blockers, you can also argue that you have no flush draw blockers. Having J:c prevents him from having J:cX:c flushes but he also cannot have J:cX 3barrel semi-bluffs.
