This is a tough one, but i find one thing strange. He bets 2bb, which could have been a steal attempt and you reraise to 3BB? I want to ask why you raised to 3BB and not 4-6BB? If it was because you were trying to seem weak or wanted to string him along for value i think that's the wrong move.

A higher resteal bet would also make you think more when the Villain in SB goes all in. Since you are close to the bubble you can assume his hand is very strong, but i think it would be wise to make your resteal bets higher in the future. That being said, i would also have called in this situation.

Say that you had TT-JJ istead of KK, a higher resteal raise would tell you alot more about his hand when he goes all in than a minraise would. And you then could re-evaluate your hand strenght.

Thoughts on my thoughts?

+1

anyways in micro and low stakes if you don't have info on oppo I can't see how you can get out of this! Oppo would have push anyway and you got to call.
But if he doesn't have AA, or you don't have KK(maybe QQ), I agree with evething said by Daggystyle.

To be honest only did a min-raise to get BB out of the hand and isolate the button.... was quite relaxed about my hand and was prepared to call any sort of shove, as I have seen all sorts of aggressive action at these levels.

Definitely would have re-raised more with AK, AQ, 88-JJ to see what strength he had (and flat-called with Axs, AJo-A8o, 77-22 )

Thanks for the input,

Cheers,

Jass
