Played this hand. Not sure what to do when he 4 bets me so I just fold. Should I be shoving or not 3 betting at all?

he is pretty aggro with 30% pfr & 30% tot and has a 3 bet % of 30% over 60 hands.

Hi,

pre flop look fine

Flop usually this type of hand is good enough to x/c flop, even on this board. x/r is not that bad though. Versus the 3bet without further reads I think we have just a fold, we are doing really really badly versus a range that calls our shove. Call is no good either because he made it big and we are OOP.

This is the problem of x/raising 8+ outs draws, we get in a really akward spot we we get 3bet.
