Poker Stars, $13.89 Buy-in (10/20 blinds) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 9 Players

SB: 1,480 (74 bb)
BB: 1,500 (75 bb)
UTG+1: 1,500 (75 bb)
UTG+2: 1,530 (76.5 bb)
MP1: 1,530 (76.5 bb)
MP2: 1,490 (74.5 bb)
MP3: 1,500 (75 bb)
Hero (CO): 1,340 (67 bb)
BTN: 1,630 (81.5 bb) (17/10/3bet 4 /over 204 hands)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q Q
5 folds, Hero raises to 70, BTN raises to 240, 2 folds, Hero calls 170

The opp looks on a tight side, so decided to take it slow.

Flop: (510) T 4 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets 320, Hero calls 320

Big bet, close, but I guess calling once is ok.

Turn: (1,150) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets 1,070 and is all-in, Hero folds

He keeps very strong line, folding...

Results:

Spoiler

1,150 pot
Final Board: T 4 6 9
Hero mucked Q Q and lost (-560 net)
BTN mucked and won 1,150 (590 net)

Uhm....I think we get ourselves very exploited if f.e. we c/r flop with AA/KK and just c/c flop with a weak range that can not call 2 barrels. Or if we 4bet all the time w AA/KK and just flat a defined weaker range postflop. It makes it so easy for a competent opponent to play against us. So keep that in mind, because that turn fold can be very wrong.

Given it's BTN vs CO, I would give him definitely a looser range that just those 4% and I will stack off preflop with QQ. Also his 3bet is quite big, which to me indicates JJ, mid pair type of hands or AK more often than AA/KK. So I rather stack off preflop or flat the 3bet and c/c flop-call most turns.
