villain 32.29 after 29 hands 14% 3bet, 33% fold to 3bet (1 of 3) and has already 4 bet once.

Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

SB: $4.48 (44.8 bb)
Hero (BB): $12.20 (122 bb)
MP: $16.70 (167 bb)
CO: $10 (100 bb)
BTN: $15.22 (152.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K A
MP raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.40, MP calls $1.10, SB folds

Flop: ($3.10) 5 8 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.70, MP calls $1.70

Turn: ($6.50) A (2 players)
Hero bets $2.70, MP raises to $13.60 and is all-in, Hero calls $6.40

River: ($24.70) 7 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Awkward bet sizing.. better to bet more on the flop, and have a stack size shove on the turn? If I get raised on the flop I have to fold I guess?

HI,

Since board is low and coordinated I would likely just check/fold on the flop. You can´t barrel most turn cards and likely still end up having c/f turn.
b/c turn seems fine with tptk although with showdown value and a lot of fold equity you can also c/rai or c/c turn. That way you allow him to bet turn all his floats and you have hand that can shove for value or call him down most river cards.

If I get raised on the flop I have to fold I guess?
- Since you only have AK without any draws it should be b/f on the flop. Sometimes you´re flipping against draws, but he can always play aggressively his overpairs or have you crushed with two pair+

best regards,
