I think you are in itm, so easy call.
If it would a bubble situation we could cosinder a tighter pushrange from CO, that's why the T9s would be a boarderline here.

HI,

Easy call even if you were on the bubble. You just get too good pot odds with quite strong hand and loosing 9,9k does not hurt you so much that you should make -EV fold

This, and it's exactly how you should frame your thinking. Once you have the 2nd part you can determine our call range using a program like Pokerstrategy Equilator vs an estimated push range.
