I think you could fold the flop, it smashes your range pretty hard, and he still cbets, he can't really be bluffing here(unless you have a read that says he cbets 100% flops in 3bet pots), and you don't have odds for your gutshot.
I like calling once on the flop. Many opponents will c/f the turn if they have AK for example. I also like just calling pre against this opponent. On the turn you can't really do anything if you don't know that he is always barreling thorugh. nh!
