A5s nut fd vs raise

well i think the tell is pretty useless here anyway,

you played it very standard - I see no point in betting the River with Ace high. You beat all worse draws and you lose to value hands which decides to raise thin OTF and c/c river

How would you play this hand if you were villain?

1) If you x/c the flop, would you x/c the turn? And then X the river?

2) A decent spot to lead the turn, after x/c the flop? Or would you rather lead with something like KJo, KTs (assuming you don't have enough 9x for all).

3) How would you play your KJo, KJs, KTs and weak flush draws on the turn (assuming after x/c flop)?

1. yes - i will just c/c with Ace high draws a lot cos they have SD value. But checkraising nut flush draws is also great cos you build the pot and you get to cooler lower flushes if both of you hit. With weaker flush draws, calling might be the better option since you can just pot control on flush runouts and allow your opponent to keep on bluffing

this argument isn't so strong if both players are willing to felt very wide ranges postflop

2. Well there's the 20% pot bet thing which you can do with your entire range. If you want to use a more polar large bet, you should probably check this since I would classify this more as a medium strength hand, and something like KJ as weak.

3. I'll consider bluff raising my weak flush draws, probably calling the combo draws (don't really want to build the pot when board is paired and there's reversed implied odds)

I didn't explain well enough. I meant if you actually had villains hand also, so K:c:Jc, not A:c5:c. But I think you pretty much answered everything anyway, thanks.

fwiw, I went over a leading strategy in CREV and went with leading the turn with my 9x and some KJo guthsots, 2 low flushes and 3 TJs oesd's. Yeah, I think the KTs gutshots with a FD were plenty strong enough to just x/c.
