Such a dry board so raising doesn't make sense vs his wide range. When he checks back turn I assume he either has some weak SD value hand or air so prefer a smaller bet

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: fish love to raise these boards. And since we are OOP I prefer donking small on turn to avoid this spot and to induce further. Something like $1.2 would be nice.

Do you mean to avoid fish checking back. So you think he could raise as a bluff on turn again?

Yes, and yes.

Although inducing a call on the turn (which will happen a fair bit) is not terrible either.
