MP: $105.26 (105.3 bb)
CO: $26.80 (26.8 bb)
Hero (BTN): $210.28 (210.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K♣ A♥
2 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB folds, BB calls $1

Flop: ($4.50) J♥ 7♣ 9♥ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($4.50) 7♦ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ???

Villain tends to a regular. ( No dynamic, no info)

What do you think about turn ? Is good a bet turn for protection and value vs Ax ?

thanks !

I think checking is better. Your hand is too weak to bet fpr protection. If u bet small u open urself up against checkraises.

should flop be cbet with nut bdfd and overcards? If villian would bet turn, should hero call turn and fold river unimproved?

flop bet would be questionable (not necessarily bad). it gets a lot worse if villain is an aggro raiser.

Besides the FE on the flop is going to be kind of low given the coordination.

This particular turn seems good, I wouldn't mind calling once. Pairing cards are awesome for Ace high.
