after 350 hands he is 20/15, and he has 0 fto flop cbet and 0 fold to turn cbet, I don't have fto river cbet in my current huf, but wtsd is 35, so I think he mostly calls 2 streets and gives up a lot of times OTR
Do you think this is a good spot to fire a 3rd barrel?
If yes, what sizing? 10$ ~70%?

I don't agree with the line and the sizing.
1. If you want to raise, you should raise to 3, bet like 80-100% pot and jam the river. The way you sized your bets made it such that there's so much money left behind.
2. I think A3 is barely strong enough to call. If this were 2.5bb or 2bb open, this would be a clear call. He's probably tighter than usual and you are going to be calling much tighter as well, which makes this closer for the flop spot.
3. Flush completes, shoving here would probably force him to fold all 1 pairs which should be >50% of his range.
