Hello,

OK I edited this a few times, first I thought it was ok, then I thought it was not, now I checked the ranges, I need a 38% or more fold equity OTR, right.

It is pretty close, but I think I have it

and QQ is worthless on this board so I guess it should be ok to turn it into a bluff

He will often calldown AX, he doesn't have all that many KX. Plenty of guys will just cbet 22-JJ once and be done with the hand.

You should turn your weakest 1-2 pocket pairs into bluffs, but def not QQ.
