Results:

Spoiler

$3.70 pot ($0.17 rake)
Final Board: 2 4 J 2 3
SB mucked and won $3.53 ($1.83 net)
Hero mucked J K and lost (-$1.70 net)

Got RR on the flop, sb show strength but I think he might have some random draw in his range since he play too many hands. Therefore I bet/call on the flop.
His check on the turn is strange but I think this pot is big enough for my TPGK, I go for pot control.
River completed FD, or random Gutshot as well as two pair, and his bet size show even more strength, therefore I folded.

Is my reasoning correct in this hand?

Hi

Your reasoning for folding makes sense if you think that he's mostly raising draws on the flop and he doesn't continue barreling those on the turn.

I suspect that he might be raising top pair weak kicker sometimes, or just pulling off some random bluffs, which makes this a close spot. But he did raise 3way which should make his range stronger than usual.

Folding is probably better, nice hand.
