Preflop: Hero is MP with 6 6
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 3 folds, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.60) 7 T K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.60) 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($1.60) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $0.75, Hero ?

This guy seems like he doesn't like to bet vs missed cbet, so I'm happy to check it down vs worse pair or A high.

Your thoughts on river? I suppose he won't turn something like 55 into a bluff, maybe a nit river fold? Thanks

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: he seems very passive overall and backdoor flushes are possible as is 99. It's hard to find many hands a guy like this can wait till river to bluff so the fact that you now have a set doesn't change much. So given the limited info I think a hero fold isn't terrible despite the ~25% pot odds.
