CO 38/21 3bet 5.1% - 123 hands
AS I'm OOP is it best to 4bet/f here against a loose opponent or even be prepared to get it all in?

Well his 3bet stat is on small side and he does 3bet versus UTG. Of course sample is small and he might not have much of positional awareness. But I would tend to just call his small 3bet and check-fold this flop as well. If you 4bet AKs then you have to stack off with it. I dont see much of point to turn it into bluff especially as this sort of player can have surprising hands sometimes.

I would flat pre as well. I want to keep his range wide and also AKs plays quite nice postflop. I will c/c this flop for half pot bet or less. We have backdoor FD and 2 overs, runner-runner straight draw as well. I think even like this is ok flatting, but it's closer.
