SB 20/17 3bet 3.3% - 173 hands

I raised as I thought he has donking a FD, but should I just call to keep his Jx, mid pairs & bluffs interested at the risk of him making his flush?

Yeah I would tend to just flat and keep his range wide. Pretty dry flop so I would not be scared of just flush draw. From those stats he seems pretty solid so I doubt he will continue without KJ+, Jx or Ax flush draw.

I think both raising and flatting is ok tbh. Flatting is more standard as it keeps his range wide and the flop is not very wet. If it was 4c8cJh-I would def. raise and I would raise bigger than your sizing.
