villain stats 21/18 Steal is 25% over 67 hands and FoldTo3Bet is 0

I have to pay 0.13 to win 0.33 wich is 2.5:1

Can i call here with Qs2s?

you have to invest 13c to win 46c, so you need 13/46=28% equity

against a 27% openrange from sb ( im using 27% because its w34s3l co-range, just easier than trying to make own range for sb) you have 38% equity

as for stats: would not put too much faith in such small sample, as 25% steal prob only means 1/4, and f3bet of zero is prob 0/1, so the stats are given you only a indication

btw w34s3l has q2s in 3bet/bluff range, but against a 2.3x raise think you can even call here
