Hmmm, I think I would be inclined here to 4bet preflop because you are out of position, especially against a villain with that high of a 3bet (although its 138h sample). As played, I think check flop, bet/fold turn is a good option. With a 3bet of 14, villain has a lot of hands that would give up on flop I guess if he does not bet.

This is the kind of hand that is reasonable to flat IP but probably makes a better 4b OOP.

Flop is fine.

Turn we should lead, potentially with intention to fire river also. The better hands he will fold are KK/JJ/TT by river, any turned Qx that was bluffing or value raising preflop. Also if he is playing sufficiently aggressive he can have stuff like K7o in his range. And while it's true we beat this hand anyway, by checking twice we indicate our range is weak and give villain a great opportunity to bluff with his entire range.

What turn and river sizing would you use?
Which rivers we don't bet? I guess A,Q,K.

Problem about bet turn and river is that villain with such big 3bet could possibly have lot of weak Ax and could check flop. Then his range isn't capped to KK-TT, so that would make me want bet turn small (55-60%) to fold out some low equity hands and probable giveup river, but that seems like bad strategy.
