I don't like your shove here. It's a multiway pot and a passive CO bets pot on a flop you missed completely. Both of your draws might not be good if you get there. I would fold on flop to his bet

Preflop iso is good.

I think it should be fine to put out a small cbet on this flop. I think check/raising can never be terrible given the equity we have but it's definitely a marginal spot. Possibly slightly better just to play small-cbet/fold but it's a close situation thanks to the shallow stacks.
