exploitatevly 1/2, to make villian overfolds since he has inelastic range, or you think it is theoretically correct? there are quite some draws, so I think betting bigger is ok with value hands, any Ax, Kx, draw, 7x is calling anyway, and other hands likely fold, so we should have max EV with betting big on this board with value hands?
But in that case, where villain's range is inelastic, is the same as saying is gonna have big trouble finding more hands to bluffcatch, right? So in makes sense to bet smallish, to put marginal hands in a tough spot. It's the same logic for betting small in Axx boards.

I don't see why you say villain is capped, in his shoes I'd not raise turn with anything, including made flushes.
the problem of not raising anything, is that villian will realize so good his fd range (most of bluffs are fd at least), and he can check back river Ax, Kx so good, so imo positional advantage when flush arrives i huge, and not raising and not donking turn nor river, maximizes his positional advantage. Imo, we could donk with some % (lets say 50%) low fd flop and turn, and sometimes donk turn with nut flush and sometimes cr turn (I would cc turn with nuts only if villian is capable of overbetting and we are deep which is not the case here). Imo it doesnt make much sense to cc turn and donk river, it is better to let him bluff his missed fd.
Imo on such board, it is not even necessary to protect check range with flushes, because we have plenty of Ax or Kx with fd blocker which is good enough bluff catcher vs bluff heavy villain, also if he uses balanced range, but overbets every flush, we still have excellent blocker with any high flush card Ax.
I don't know, donking flop does not make sense in my eyes, specially if we do not have AK in our range. You're probably right regarding not having to protect our range with flushes since we can bluffcatch river with blockers (unless of course villain starts thin value betting which could be a problem).
