Ok you cbet flop, he minraises, you 3bet flop, he minraises and you shove. Pretty sure he has a set/2pair or at least OESD.

If he plays the same way with AQ, then we are ahead and can get it in. Since Villain has a full stack and is unknown, I would just assume he seems pretty nutted.

Postflop raises are generally very strong, so on this flop, I would never re-raise. Since he makes it so small, I think you have to call. Then rather call down on good turncards, and let him bluff, than stack-off versus a stronger range on the flop.
