NL50 low set vs reg semi wet board

Villain seems like a normal NL50 reg 18/16, low WWSF and low W$SD but small sample 280 hands only, i know im always below at river, i know always a fold at river he have all the big sets. . but what if i instead had TT, or JJ?

I would want to bet flop very polarized so id chose a bigger sizing.

River is prob an expolitive fold since we will rarely see bluffs or worse here- although if he plays QTs llike this its a call
-> not sure - have to see in equilab

Ok i think its a call - he might not always have QQ - let alone always raise them on the Flop
