What do you think abt. this range of villain, that he might x/raise on flop?

Board: TsKcJc

It is again too loose.
Starting range lookks something like this:
TT-66,AQs-AJs,KJs+,QJs,AcTc,AQo-AJo,KQo

After x/raise it looks like this ( wide optimistic version):
CO 31.04% KhTh
SB 68.96% TT, AQs, KJs+, QJs, AcTc, AQo, KQo

The more pessimistic version:
CO 18.06% KhTh
SB 81.94% TT, AQs, KJs, AcTc, AQo

Your hand is a bluff catcher. Re-raising is senseless.
