BBvsBTN, doubts about raising the flop

I think calling flop makes the most sense, you don't wanna get it in against sets and better FDs despite your 2pair/trip outs and gutshot. On the turn when we hit I think I'd just lead out big and hope he stations with his overpairs.

Lead turn definitely. You don't want villain to get free cards and x behind. And you have to start building the pot and charge him.

Im definitely raising simply because I would be happy to fold out TP (and sometimes overpairs) and we are ahead of other FDs.
Yes there are times we gii vs sets but we have very decent equity vs them too

I'm also for raising the flop and thus played definitely leading turn. I don't want him to reach to showdown with some stupid hand like 89 if we miss.

I'm leading this flop, with this and sets too. If one calls, barrel loads of runouts because they will be super draw heavy /capped as sets would re-raise pretty much 100% of the time because they have to protect here and we look pretty leading into 4 people - you want to keep that option.

Vs a raise - depends who is it and what sizing he uses, but we can GII with this particular draw and be okay with it - it's just super strong and I think it's not unreasonable to expect eg. the PFR to raise the donk with e.g. overpairs as well.

As played I really think check raise plays better - when you cc you really aren't excited on any turn card (besides a 4 I guess) and it will be hard to extract value. On diamonds you will be often dominated vs XXdd where on flop you have 57%-58% equity vs them (51% vs Ad5d, but still) and a diamond is a pretty obvious scare card for anyone with basic hand reading multiway. And on straight turns... see it here, you are never getting 2 more streets out of anything you beat. I honestly don't think it matters much, leading turn is just as fine as checking betting R.

I believe that leading the flop would be the best. We have a pair + FD + GS and the pot is multi-way. We don't mind if opponents fold, but we also have a decent number of outs if someone calls, maybe we can even shove if someone raise, but I'm not sure. We also keep our hand a bit hidden because if we check/call this flop, it's pretty clear what we have. If we lead, we will probably have more value on later streets in case we hit.
