I would also fold with 44 here against the UTG player. I expect you have 0 fold equity when your shoving and your only flipping in best case against his range of approximately 9.8%, 99+ A9s+ ATo+ KTs+ KQo QJs. I don’t think he will raise wider, because he needs to be careful with the bigger stacks on the table. Against this range you can profitable stack off with 4.6%, TT+ AQs+ AQo+. That’s even tighter than your range.
