I think its standart, but I will appreciate if someone share different line here.

Pre-flop is close to open a speculative hand on the bubble against a 42/20 player that will call a lot in position most likely. I think a fold would be better or you have a decent sample he folds a lot on steals.

As played I would bet a little bit more than half pot. Otherwise he will call to often and you have a decent change he will float here, because I expect you will check most turns with this sizing.

Turn is standard to fold on his bet.
