Limper is a fish. SB is a 21/16 reg over 300 hands

Is this a standard 2 barrel spot?
I'm a bit confused since if I bet, I'm not sure whether it is a value bet. I'm more like hoping to win the hand on the turn.

$0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

MP: $15.88 (158.8 bb)
CO: $9.43 (94.3 bb)
Hero (BTN): $10.55 (105.5 bb)
SB: $10.05 (100.5 bb)
BB: $14.71 (147.1 bb)
UTG: $3.16 (31.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q♣ T♣
UTG calls $0.10, MP folds, CO calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.50, SB calls $0.45, BB folds, UTG calls $0.40, CO folds

Flop: ($1.70) T♥ 2♠ 8♣ (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $1, SB calls $1, UTG calls $1

Turn: ($4.70) A♠ (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero ???

I think mw it is not so standard. And as we are mw it is more possible that one of them has Ax.

I like your PF isoraise. Flop I think we have valuebet vs fish but not sure vs reg. I´m afraid OTT we have to give up.

In a mw pot we should cbet flop for sure.
Turn is xbehind. We are with 2 other players and A is possibe for both of them. Even Q is not a 100% good card for us on the river, so we do not want to pump the pot.
