You should call pre vs UTG. I think that A♦: reduces the amount of flushes he can have. His range looks like AA,AxKd,KdQd? I wouldn't play this for stacks so fold..
I do not like the preflop 3 bet. vs unknown I would call. If you have specific info - then you can 3 bet.

unless he is super whale / bad / nit .. dont 3bet deeepish AKo this positions always....It's not the worse play in the world but it's ok.
He has All of the weaker [ AJ , AQ] Ax's with a diamond,should have 99 - 66 this deep too,also TdX. QdxQ, JdJx.KdKx...,made flushes from middle sc's,Kx's,QJdd etc....
So i kind like your small cbetting for protection/value....... but when he raises there it sucks.. and readless we can make a sad fold.
