Hello! Villain is quite fishy and I didn't see him 3 betting frequently so I just flat TT IP.

On the flop I have overpair but I it is quite vulnerable so I was thinking about raising . But then raising would only isolate us against a better hand so I decided to call and se what he does on the turn.

On the turn I think someone with a strong overpair would bet bigger given the very drawy board so I decided to shove. He could easily have an overpair with a club so I think I might have overplayed this hand.

Given his line I think that at best he could have something like AK with one club. What is your opinion on this play? Should I raise flop? Should I fold on turn?

Hi there , relatively new player here so take what i say with a grain of salt

I think that it makes no sense to think they would bet bigger with an overpair , they are also in danger of only getting called by better and if they got an overpair with a club they are not drawing dead .

Your reasoning of not isolating yourself on the flop applies on the turn as well afaik so no reason to shove . You got position ,showdown vakue and blockers for the nut straights.

Thank you for your reply. My reason to shove was that if he had overcards he could now have FD as well so I could still get value from these kind of hands but I agree that TT is probably too weak to shove here.

Fold turn is the best you can do, imo.
Shoving is burning money.
