Preflop and flop look standard to me. But on the river comes a card that I don’t like. Because it makes some two pairs. The straight is not to big of a chance. So my idea was to check/call an probably fold a river bet. Do you agree?
The flop completes a backdoor flushdraw. Where I am not really afraid of. So I shove. But looking back I don’t think a lot of hands are gone call with worse. So a chech/fold might be a beter option?

I think you have pretty much figured this out yourself. Preflop, flop and turn quite standard. Villain is passive limp-caller and can have pretty much anything. When straight is possible, flush is possible and villain could easily hold 2 pair hands I really hate your shove OTR. And since villain is so passive he will not likely bluff river so x/f here.

vs passive villains we can take the safer route when draws complete.
If such villain bets, we should fold.

The shove was unnecessary but I can assume here that your mind was telling you to do it anyway just to prove your thinking was right as la55i said here. x/f OTR

80 blinds is a big enough pot for TPTK on a dangerous board, even vs loose passive.
