3E 888 tourney, avg stack 30,000, early on

MP2 23/21 3bet 10.5% - 821 hands (hes a Super trubo reg Ive played against a lot, first time in an MTT so his stats arent totally true)
BTN 33/22 - 13 hands
BB30/22 - 10 hands

I 3bet MP2 cos hes generally a tight player, but he had seemed to be a lot looser in the pevious hands, and I felt I could get him to fold some small pocket pairs etc
When BTN shoves I'm calling
When BB just calls my initial reaction was to fold, as it just looks so strong QQ+, then I talked myself into a shove which I guess is the absolute worst choice, probably should have just called IP?
Maybe just call pre?

It’s indeed suspicious that the BB is only calling the 4 bet shove and he’s pretty much a unknown and I don’t expect much fold equity if you shove. So I would play it safe and call only and check it out post-flop without any side pot in it.

Cheers,
