Same aggressive opponent
OTF - I'm value betting, as I've seenhim call down with some weird stuff
OTT - pretty sure I have the best hand
OTR - is this shove sensible?

I would bet the flop and turn a little bit more 50/55% pot. This way he has less chips behind on the river and than he can call more than with almost a pot size bet left. Also you protect your hand better I think.

Preflop I would most likely OR only if I had a lot of fold equity pre or OTF and I would most likely fold this hand right away in your situation.
OTF If he was tighter I would be more inclined to checking rather than cbetting, but here it looks legit with his broad range and as SDK said you need to get bigger to make it less profitable to catch his outs and feel more committed to the pot if he had something OTR.
