BB- VPIP: 29, PFR: 13, 3B: 4, AF: 2.7, Hands: 63
I had raised the previous hand 3X and won it with a bet OTR but no showdown
I guess I should I just fold after the 3bet? but it is a small 3bet
OTF - when he bets so big can I fold? I had a really bad feeling that he had a bigger pair than me but can I really fold when the flop is 3 under cards?

I would make a tight fold OTF against a little passive opp. The flop didn't help his range but it didn't help your as well. Given the fact that he has has been more passive than aggressive so far and his betsize I would discount a bigger part of A high type of hands from his cbet range and leave more OP hands in it.
Folding preflop would be a bit too tight but I think you decision had to be based primarily on his postflop stats in conjuction with 3bet preflop range.

I would fold pre-flop with 99 against him. He isn’t 3betting that much so far and you beating most likely only AK that would 3bet. So if you call you play the hand for set value only and then I would fold the flop unimproved for sure.

I'm sorry I realised afterwards I shouldnt have included his stats, because this was only the second hand I had played against him so I was playing this readless, but I'm guessing in that situation I should still be folding pre as well
