Yes you should squeeze pre flop.
Call Call Donk is a very strong line from villain and we can often make exploitative folds. Those guys play their cards face up and tell you they hit the flush and are scared that you will check behind. It is very difficult to fold top 2 pair and I might have called it too and then be mad at myself

Preflop we can mix squeeze with calling, and it depends on villains too.
Strong line from villain but top 2P is a hand we can call some % of the time.

I don't mind the preflop decision. However, in a mw pot, we are mostly behind with such a bet OTR... I tend to fold here and post it on the forum

This is why you don't mind actually playing pots postflop. You made no mistake this hand. You can chose between squeezing and calling preflop.

See what happens here. The MP makes two bad calls worth 23.5 bb. With you raising preflop, he'd (probably) correctly fold his 8♣:7♣: making no mistake at all.

Besides, it is a lot more fun to play postflop. I personally 3-bet a shitload preflop (in position against 1 opponent), at least at the micros. I 3-bet small. I don't do it only to steal the few crumbs in the middle, but also to get to play much in position, hence the small 3-bet with a very wide range, and don't at all mind getting a call. I want them to make these postflop mistakes. They add up to more than my own preflop "mistakes" that I intentionally make. Sometimes I just call when a 3-bet is "technically" better because of the same reason.

As others stated, preflop call is fine. We can mix it. I think the hand is played fine. We don't have the easiest decision OTR, ofcourse, but I still like calling.
