I wouldn´t call PF. Raise/fold are the options. Depending on the cbet stat of villain I would call/fold PF. As played I wouldn´t call river, maybe not even the turn.

I guess it is correct play on the river. 2/3 => 2/3 => 9/10 - it is most always never a bluff. Also, your opponents range is not capped. So, he still could have JJ+.
