AQ preflop call 4bb vs UTG fish 50/5 ?

Fold it preflop. You will have alot more opportunities to play vs the fish when the pot is smaller, why play vs him when his range is the nuttiest in a bloated pot?
You always want to play vs fishes, thats true. That means you are willing to give a little card advantage, which is ok if you are deep. But you are really shallow.

Postflop there is nothing we can do with top pair except ship it. I mean we could avoid going broke if we are on the bubble or something, but even then it would be better to just fold preflop

Pre-flop this is indeed a clear fold against a 4x raise of a passive player and the flop is pretty standard with top pair. Normal I would shove or fold with a 24bb stack if I deal with a 4x raise.

What kind of tournament is this? In a 0.5$, I'm really not really keen on folding here preflop. Players can have anything on any position no matter what the raise is. 22 hands means squadoosh. Only reason I can find to fold is that we're too shallow and the raise comes from UTG and vs that range (of a normal player) we don't do very well with AQo. Since we don't have the stack to really play postflop in this hand, this might be a fold. If I have like 18bb here, I'm never folding.
