One option would have been cold 4bet but decided to call since I'm in position.
Do you think it is a mandatory 4bet here?

Flop call pretty standard?

OTT I figured that he probably has QQ+ and some AX hands but those would probably not barrel twice so often. I also block some flush draws. Still decided to call once more. I think folding already OTT would be a decent play?

OTR he instashoved. This made me think for a while.
1) he either has AA and is not worried at all, or 2) he is aggro guy and already decided that he is going to bluff me out

I pretty much told myself that he can have busted draws and if I'm gonna fold now my turn call would have been bad.
So, was I a total calling station OTT and OTR? :f_cool:

It seems this is the day of the QQ threads!

I think it can be both called and 4bet pf. Don't think I could ever find a fold on the turn, on the river I generally fold against 3barrel bets most of the time when it's 2/3+ of the pot. Not sure if it's the correct play or not.

On turn not sure - he still undestands that your range is strong when you cold called 3bet. But there is a chance that you called AKs on flop. So maybe he fires. I would not mind fold even on turn. See reasons on river, I think more or less same apply on turn:

On river I think it is bad becuase:
I think he 3bet range is QQ+, AK and bluffs. So we do not beat his value range.
We need 30% equity. So we really depend on bluffs.

I do not think people 3 barrel bluff that oftne in 3bet pots.

Plus you cold called a 3bet, which indicates strong range like QQ+. So he does not believe you fold this range on river and so he does not bluff.

Wihtout counting bluffs, the equity looks like this:

Board: 7♠5♠7♥ 4♥ 4♦
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2     2.94%   0.00%   2.94% { QQ }
MP3    97.06%  94.12%   2.94% { QQ+, A7s, 87s }

Spoiler

Seeing from the result that he has JJ and even 3 barrels it - things change a lot, now our equity is much better. But I assumed he does not 3bet vs MP JJ.

Preflop- I would say it is ok to just call or raise, however, I think it is more profitable to call if you know players on the blinds are likely to squeeze.

Postflop- It is quite obvious that MP had AT+, therefore, It is less likely that CO has AA. I would not fold on the turn, however, I do not have enough information to evaluate the player. Does he 3-bet light? Does he 3-barrel bluff in a 3 way pot?

But overall I am not sure if it was the right play or not

I wouldn’t be surprise the CO will also 3bet for value with TT and JJ. That’s why I think you can still make a value 4bet against him or the CO is very tight.

If you would count that in his value bet range it’s a lot easier to call him down on turn and river, but it depends a lot per villain I think.

Thanks guys :)

OTT I put villain on either JJ+ or crap (some draws, overs or total air). The decision was difficult but I thought that he has enough air in his range so decided to call there. And when river blanks I think I really have to go all the way and call again. He instashoved and I think he was a bit too over confident. As I said he either had AA and was completely sure I can't have anything strong, or then he already decided OTT that he is going to bluff me out. I think good players will at least think about my range and how big bet I could call, so his shove started looking more like a bluff.

PF: 4bet or call I think it's ok.
FLOP: I think the call is standart too
TURN: As you say, it can have QQ + or Ax. If we call here, will we call another OTR barrel? Because he will not give up.
RIVER: It's a monster or bluff. In the band of villan we only lost to KK or AA. It's a difficult decision but I would call it too. (I guess the perfil of villan have a lot of important in this situation and like youi say, he is agresive and will try to bluff you out)
