KQo vs who know what? I put him on two pairs or set

i put him on range JJ+, QA+, think good fold. Should i bet that half pot or just check?

I don’t think it’s bad to make a value bet on the river with 2 pair, but it’s too bad he has most likely a better hand this time. I think you played it well here

Pre I would bluff 3bet.
Flop and turn are ok.
OTR villain doesn't really rep much when he checks. I think he should keep on betting AK OTT and he shouldn't cbet AQ OTF so I would pretty much take those out of his range. He has some busted draws and weaker pairs that will not call a river bet. Because there are no many weaker hands that could call you, I think it would be better to just check behind.
Now that he raises I would say he most likely has JT. Or a total bluff. But these river raises are more often for value.

A naked A isn't calling on that turn. Check behind on river because he has almost no worse hand with which to call. (If he has the A, he has two pair most likely.)

I agree with the preflop bluff 3b.
On river I preferto see showdown, so xis better. There aren't weaker Ax that will call turn.
